As part of the 16 Days of Activism against Gender-Based Violence, the HerRise Foundation Team Abuja embarked on a powerful mission to educate and empower students at KEY SPECIAL ACADEMY FCT, ABUJA. Led by the dynamic Mercy Ifeosame, the team delivered a sensitization program that shed light on the various forms of violence against women and girls.
The interactive session emphasized the importance of breaking the culture of silence that often surrounds gender-based violence. The students were encouraged to speak up and report any instances of violence or abuse, and to support those who may be affected.
Through this initiative, HerRise Foundation aims to create a safe and supportive environment where women and girls can thrive, not just survive. By educating and empowering young minds, we can work towards a future where gender-based violence is eradicated.
We are proud of the amazing work our Abuja team is doing to create awareness and promote a safe env Together, we can make a difference and create a world where everyone can live without fear of violence or abuse.
Join us in the fight against gender-based violence. Let's orange the world.
